Forbes recently spoke to Technicolor CEO Fred Rose in an exclusive story about the company’s mission to unite creativity with technology to push the boundaries of what entertainment can be. In the article, he discusses the company’s journey since he joined in September 2008, at the height of an industry disruption that saw film processing being replaced by high-end digital imaging and visual effects. Today, while creating premium content, and supporting access and seamless interactions with that content in the home, Rose is leading Technicolor to the forefront of another technology driven disruption – one that is giving rise to the exciting worlds of VR, AR, and other immersive experiences.
